Good Hotel with the best service you will find. Staff be it house keeping or dinning room will provide you excellent service. Rooms were quite decent with oil heaters, however in rooms on a couple of floors had a very bad drainage smell. Staff tried their best to resolve the issue but they were not successful and the smell persisted throughout our stay. Also, the towels and bedding could have been better as they were too old and worn. The location is also good provided you are able to climb around 60-70 steps to reach malroad and also it is very challenging to reach the hotel when you check in. However, their team helps with arranging the vehicles. Food is very good, quality could be improved as well as dinning room hygiene.

Brilliant place, no issues, great food, good cleanliness, great hospitality. Absolutely no complaints. Only issue is that the driveway to the hotel is pretty steep, so if you plan to roam around everyday with your car then it might be tricky, I would suggest to have a local driver do that for you. They do it pretty easily.

Hotel was overpriced , lake view from balcony was great. Room was spacious but some kind of smell was there in a room which is irritating. It is difficult to find hotel , even GPS cant take you there. Food was average and food menu was also …

One of the worst experience of my life. The location of the hotel is not accessible by road. If you have your own vehicle then commuting via car is really tough. Plus the location of the hotel on Google maps is totally incorrect and misleading. You can only travel by steep stairs or by walking uphill for long. My wife is expecting in few months, so I requested the hotel during check in only that I would prefer to cancel the booking. The hotel misguided me by saying that the booking can be cancelled from the cleartrip's end. On other hand, cleartrip told me that the booking can only be cancelled from hotel's end which was correct at the end. After being confronted, the hotel staff told that the booking would've been cancelled at the time of checking in the property which was clearly told to the lady at the desk but she mislead us by saying it's not in their hands. The hotel doesn't even have in-house kitchen. We had to skip the dinner as well because of it. I would highly recommend everyone to go for a property on mall road and also check the reachability from mall road to your property in case you don't find any on the mall road itself. Don't fall for this property. I haven't given any bad rating to any property but couldn't hold myself from writing this review after suffering so much because of them.

Pleasant stay with good lake view but at a very bad location on steep rise with no proper sign board of direction. Had paid for meals at booking and was not informed to order separately for the driver''s dinner meals before hand and had to pay for it at check out. Was served half cooked chicken and rice at dinner, which created a bit of bad taste.

Good hotel. But 1. You would need to climb 70+ stairs from mall road. 2. Service is good, staff is co-operative. 3. For breakfast you need to go to next hotel as they serve there., Though to service is also available. All in all good

It was a wonderful experience staying here. The rooms were spacious, clean and cosy. The staff was very helpful. Hot water through tap and shower was a little issue but they provided us buckets.

Pleasant stay with good lake view but at a very bad location with no proper sign board of direction..finally we managed to reach the hotel.. but one thing i experienced in dis hotel is dat if u forget ur stuff they will not return it after chek out . Inspite of telling them the proper place in hotel room then also Dey will deny, that it is not dere.. very bad on dere side.. inspite of calling them daily nd requesting the owner about my problem..he also talked in rude manner nd inspite of telling his staff to find it he was a taking his staff side only.. dis shows dat staff PPL have only stolen it.. so PPL if u forget ur stuff in room, Dey will not return it.. worst experience.. will not visit dere hotel again...
